Rights of reproduction Private use By
providing access to the site the he Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium
grants a permit to the user, who accepts it, subject to the following
conditions. The permit gives the user the right to non-collective and
non-exclusive private use of the texts which are placed online. It
comprises a right of reproduction for storage, display on a single
workstation screen and reproduction of a single copy, for back-up or
printing on paper. This right is personal and reserved for exclusive and
non-collective use by the permit holder. The right cannot be transferred.
An exception is made for non-commercial school and educational
use. Public use Except for the installation of hyperlinks (see
hereafter) any inclusion in a network configuration and any dissemination,
in any form whatsoever, is subject to prior permission. This permission
must be requested from the Directorate or via the e-mail address
of the site manager. A response to this will be given as quickly as
possible. Investigation of applications, however, requires forms to be
exchanged in which the precise nature and scope of the use being
considered are stated in more detail. Charges may be imposed.
Installation of hyperlinks Hyperlinks to the site may
be installed freely and this may be done without permission. The pages on
this site may not, however, be incorporated in the pages on another site.
